There is a great article in today's Los Angeles Times featuring beers for dessert entitled "A new dessert trend is brewing."
One of the bars focused on in the article is the Essex Public House in Hollywood which uses Sea Dog Brewing Company's Blue Paw Wild Blueberry Wheat Ale to create a "beer float" with chocolate ice cream! The co-owner of the bar says it "tastes like a blueberry pancake."
